ironSource Ltd. (“ironSource”) develops and publishes the DailyHub app (the “App”) and
website (the “Website”).
We collect information from your device through the App, or through your browser you
use to access the Website.
● Scope
This privacy policy describes ironSource’s privacy practices with respect to information
it processes in relation to the App and the Website.
The App is meant to be used only by individuals residing in the US.
● Information We Collect
o Information collected directly through the Website –
Identifiers: The device’s Google Advertising ID, IP address. The Google Advertising ID
is a resettable persistent identifier generated by Google on Android devices that allows
companies to recognize the device across non-affiliated apps, for purposes such as
frequency capping, attribution, fraud detection, and personalized advertising. You can
find additional information about how to limit our use of your Google Advertising ID
under “How to Control Your Information”.

General technical information about your device: time zone, the amount of total, and
free memory on the device, the name and version of the App, limit ad tracking status,
operating system name and version, the name of the manufacturer of the device, the
language of the operating system, the name of the mobile carrier, internet connection
type (e.g. WiFi).
Your activity in connection with the App.
Precise geo-location (if permission was granted) – Such information is not stored on our
servers, and is only used to display weather information relevant for your location.
o Information collected directly through the Website –
Identifiers: Cookie ID, IP address, and session ID.
General technical information about your browser: time zone, operating system,
language, browser type, browser version, etc.
Your activity in connection with the Website.
● How We Use the Information We Collect:
o We use the information we collect and store mainly to provide you with the basic
services, and content offered by the App and the Website, and to improve your
experience. In addition, we use the information for the following purposes:
o to improve and optimize the App and the Website and our users’ experiences;
o to communicate with you about the App and the Website you’re using, including in-
app updates, new Apps, and promotional offers that we think might be of interest to
you;
o To allow third parties (as specified below) to provide you with ads within the App, and
the Website;
o to provide technical support and respond to inquiries;
o to protect the safety and well-being of our users;
o to protect ironSource’s rights and property in connection with the App, and the
Website;
o to prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities;
o For analytics, and research purposes; and
o to comply with our legal obligations, resolve any disputes we may have with you or
other players, and to enforce our agreements with third parties.
● Maximum Information Retention Period:
We will keep your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the services,
and content provided by the App, and the Website, and maintain our legitimate business
operations, and/or exercise, defend or establish our rights.

● How We Share Your Information:
o We share your information with:
o Our corporate affiliates – from which we receive services, such as IT, security,
storage, and other internal operations.
o Service providers – We share your information with our service providers for the
purpose of receiving services such as fraud detection and prevention, analytics,
reporting, weather information, news content, and storage.
o Advertising partners – We share your information through third party libraries
integrated in the App (except for precise geo-location) with the following
advertising partners:

● How to Control Your Information:
o Reset, or delete your Google Advertising ID – You can reset, or delete the
device’s Google Advertising ID at any time via your device’s settings.
o Scope of the reset of the Google Advertising ID – Note that if you reset the
Google Advertising ID through your device’s settings, we will still collect data via the
App, including the new Google Advertising ID generated following the reset of the
previous Google Advertising ID.
o Submit a request to access, or delete your personal information – You can
submit a request to access, or delete your personal information through the app
settings. Please go to Settings -> Apps -> Application List -> DailyHub -> Personal
Data.
● Children – ironSource does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information
collected online from children under the age of 13, except to the extent that the U.S.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act permits us to collect and maintain such
information without parental consent. If you believe your child has provided us with
personal information that is covered by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection
Act without your required consent, please contact us at dailyhub-support@unity3d.com, and
we will make reasonable efforts to delete the information from our records. Our
services may link to other websites or mobile apps. Please be advised that we are
not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites or mobile apps as
those may have different privacy policies and terms of use and are not associated
with us. You agree that we cannot control these websites and/or mobile apps and we
shall not be responsible for any use of such websites and/or mobile apps.

● State Privacy Rights: California and Virginia residents have certain rights under
state privacy laws with respect to personal data we collect. If you are a resident of
such states, this section of the privacy policy contains disclosures required by law
and explains rights that may be available to you. This section applies only to personal
data that is subject to the state laws noted above.
Personal Data We Collect and Disclose: In the past 12 months, we have collected,
sold (including sharing for targeted advertising), and disclosed for business purposes
the following categories of personal data. We do not knowingly sell, nor do we share
or process for targeted advertising purposes, personal data about consumers under
the age of 16.

Our Purposes for Processing Personal Data – We use and disclose the personal data
we collect for our commercial and business purposes, as further described above in
the “How We Use the Information We Collect” and the “How We Share Information”
Sections.

Recipients of Personal Data – Although we do not sell personal data for monetary
consideration, we do sell personal data, including sharing for targeted advertising
purposes, subject to users’ choices communicated to us by app developers, to
advertising/marketing companies.
Your Rights Regarding Personal Data – Residents of certain states have rights with
respect to the personal data collected by businesses like ironSource. You may be
able to exercise the following rights regarding your personal data, subject to certain
exceptions and limitations:
1) The right to confirm whether we are processing personal data about you.
2) The right to correct inaccuracies in the personal data we have collected about
you.
3) The right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal data we collect,
use, disclose, and sell about you, the categories of sources from which we
collected your personal data, our purposes for collecting or selling your personal
data, the categories of your personal data that we have either sold (including
shared for targeted advertising purposes) or disclosed for a business purpose,
and the categories of third parties with which we have disclosed personal data.
4) The right to request that we delete the personal data we have collected from you
or maintain about you.
5) The right to opt out of our sale of your personal data and our processing
(including sharing) for targeted advertising purposes. Please note that if you opt
out of certain practices, we may be unable to provide you with some services. The
right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of the above privacy
rights. While some states provide residents with rights related to “sensitive”
personal data, ironSource does not collect this type of personal data.
Exercise your rights – To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us by
sending an email to dailyhub-support@unity3d.com. Specifically, if you wish to access,
or delete your personal information, please go to Settings -> Apps -> Application
List -> DailyHub -> Personal Data. To opt out of sale or share of personal data,
please click on the “do not sell” (or, “do not sell/share”) link in the App, or the
Website.
Depending on your state, if you have submitted a request that you believe we
have not fulfilled, you may contact us to appeal our decision by replying to our
response to your request, or by contacting us at dailyhub-support@unity3d.com.
Verification Process and Required Information – Note that we may need to
request additional information from you to verify your identity or process your
request, although you will not be required to create an account with us to submit a
request or have it fulfilled. We will require you to provide, at a minimum, your
email address and state of residence. We will also collect information that
identifies your device when you submit a request, in order to help verify your
identity.

Authorized Agent – You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on
your behalf by verifying your identity and providing the agent with written
permission to make the request on your behalf.
● Changes to This Privacy Policy:
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the
policy will govern our processing of your information and is posted at the App. If we
make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you
via a banner on this website and by posting the revised Privacy Policy. By continuing to
access or use an app containing our services after those changes become effective,
you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
